A year ago, I enrolled in the nearby community college, Georgia Piedmont Technical College, and have been taking prerequisite courses for medical fields. I feel so fortunate to have been chosen as a recipient of Walmart Associate Scholarship since the beginning of last year. I am well on my way to achieving my academic goals and hope that about a year from now, I will graduate with an Associate's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology. It is not always easy to juggle life and be successful without a little help, and I am truly grateful for the assistance that I am receiving. It has had a great impact on my life and will improve my kids' future.
