i went walmart salon regis did my hair a hi-light and a low-light and ronda the master stylist and manger did my hair bad my six year old could have done better also they make you sign a legal form so you cant do crap about it i think all people should never give them business protest them the customer service said take pics and write a letter and they would refund i did that and they said because i signed their legal form that i was not getting any thing see them in court. haha they can pay my lawyers fee and more.
